Horror as new incurable malaria casts a dark shadow over Asia and could spread to Africa
There has been a rapid spread of a new kind of malaria referred to as “super malaria” in South Eastern part of Asia.
And scientists are warning that this could become a global crisis if not handled properly. This particular malaria cannot be treated using anti-malaria drugs and scientists are running against time to find the cure for it, as more people are dying from this new disease.
It is said that it first emerged in Cambodia, but has since spread to other regions such as some parts of Thailand, Laos and has now arrived in southern Vietnam.
